How we use cookies
We group cookies on SchoolCentra as follows:
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the site to function. They include cookies that remember your analytics consent choice and cookies needed for sign-in and account features. We do not ask for consent for these because they are essential to provide the service you request.
- sc_cookie_consent — stores whether you have accepted or rejected analytics cookies (duration: up to 1 year).
- Session and authentication cookies — used when you sign in to manage your account (duration: session or as needed for security).
Analytics cookies (optional)
If you click Accept analytics cookies on our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use SchoolCentra — for example which pages are visited and how users navigate the site. This helps us improve the service.
We do not load Google Analytics unless you give affirmative consent. If you reject analytics cookies, GA scripts are not loaded.

When you first visit SchoolCentra, you will see a cookie banner with two equal choices:
